Educatori e passione educativa

"Ci sono molti insegnanti che sono capacissimi e conoscono tutte le tecniche e non fanno mai un errore e magari influiscono sui ragazzi (più sull'aspetto negativo che positivo) ma la loro passione umana per il ragazzo non esiste; esiste solo la passione per se stessi, per quello che passa per il loro cervello, o quello che gli impone il preside. Devono far stare l'umano dentro ad una bottiglietta perfetta, ma che non è adatta all'umano.

Un uomo, davanti al problema dell'educazione, non deve porsi nel modo della militarizzazione o dell'inquadramento che è quello che tutti i poteri vogliono, perché inquadrare i giovani è sempre utile al potere. Il problema di un educatore è la passione educativa, la passione di trasmettere un'esperienza umana, la passione di trasmettere un modo di vivere, cioè la passione di trasmettere un' umanità, la passione di trasmettere un modo di guardare le cose, di vedere, di giudicare, di affrontare secondo quel realismo, quel concetto umano che lui vive. Come fa? Come fa se lui e' insegnante di matematica? E' attraverso il modo con cui insegna la materia al ragazzo, all'uomo in sviluppo, è il modo con cui sa affrontare la materia e il rapporto con l'altro, che si deve trasmettere, attraverso il modo con cui lui sente e affronta la sua materia. E' un modo di trasmettere un'umanità diversa. Il giovane, sentendo questo, poi, magari, si appassiona anche alla materia, se vede questo uomo nuovo dentro le cose. E poi il grande professore che sa tutto in modo perfetto, militarescamente addestrato, sa tutto, ma magari non ha più voglia di approfondire. Invece tu che hai questa passione e ti senti in difficoltà, questa passione ti fa andare a studiare e magari ti fa andare anche a chiedere consiglio a quello antipatico e militaresco per imparare quello che tu non sai. Tu metti tutto dentro alla tua botte e lo trasformi e hai voglia di diventare molto più preparato di quello molto preparato".

"There are a lot of good teachers. They know all the educative techniques and they never mistakes; maybe they have a strong influence on the students (in negative not in positive way), but they don't have any kind of human passion for the student; they just have passion for themselves, for everything pass for they own brain, or for everything the Principal imposed. They have to contain the human being in a perfect box, but an unapt box to human being. Everyone, in front of the educative problem, has not to be in order to militarize and frame (that's all the powers want), because the power find useful to frame the youngs. An educator's problem is the passion for education, the passion to pass a human experience, the passion to pass a way of life, the passion to pass a humanity, the passion to pass a way of watching reality, of regarding reality, of facing off reality by that kind of realism (the same he is living). How can he/she do? how can he/she do, if he/she is a maths teacher? it's throught the way he/she use to teach that subjets to the student - a developping man - and throught the way he/she can face off the subjet and the relation with the other; here you can find the way to pass your passion for education. It's a way to pass a different humanity. If the young can see, in front of him/her, a student a teacher deeply involved with everything, maybe he/she will get involved with the subjet.
And then: the great professor, the one who know everything perfectly, militarily trained, he maybe has not anymore wish to go deeper in this subjet. And you: you have this passion and you feel in troubles; but this passion make possible to you to go deeper in your studies, to go asking advices to the student better than you, even to the unpleasant one, to learn what you don't know. You can keep everything and you change it, and you wish to be more prepared than the one very prepared.
